Who are you?

To put it in a nutshell, Account Managers in Logistics are simply matchmakers. They are the middleman between the shipper and the trucking company that moves the freight.

Responsibilities

Although there are an array of things our providers must accomplish each day, the core duties of this transportation service provider are relatively consistent.

Sourcing clients and arranging negotiations
Booking shipments and preparing corresponding documentation
Monitoring shipments and providing updates
Resolving issues and managing disruptions
Maintaining relationships with clients
Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline

Requirements

High School diploma
English language proficiency
Advanced computer skills
Sales and negotiation skills

Other information

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 2PM to 11PM with an hour lunch break.
